Description

Social media tells us a story of parenthood that is filled with perfect filters and cute baby bump photos. But what if that hasn’t been your path? It can make you feel alone and unsupported. For people who have experienced

  • Infertility

… it can feel completely isolating. People don’t understand where you’re coming from and they can’t offer you any helpful direction! Everything is out of your control and nothing seems to make it okay.

Learn with other families who get it! Mindfulness is the perfect sanity tool to help you cope with the highs and lows of your journey. Connect with others. Take home a usable skill every week that will support you through whatever life throws at you.

“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally” - Jon Kabat Zin

Led by Tricia Crannell

Being a therapist is an honor which has allowed me the opportunity to be a witness to my client’s deepest wounds and to walk alongside them in their healing. In my 10 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have used my training to assist individuals who experienced fertility challenges and multiple miscarriages.

As a mother of two and someone who experienced birth trauma myself, I bring a deeply personal understanding, passion and sensitivity to Perinatal work. I am mindful that each experience is as unique as each of my clients and deserves a place to be nurtured and supported. I strive do this by creating a warm, authentic, non-judgmental space where you can begin to take the first steps towards healing and sharing your story.

My areas of specialty include birth trauma, prenatal and postpartum transitions, grief, infertility and attachment. I integrate mindfulness practices to support clients in reflecting and processing their experiences.
